Depression

I am very depressed since yesterday. Rasa macam ada bebanan yang maha berat di atas bahu ni. I am so tired. Visited the GP. Rupanya my BP naik 140/95. No wonder rasa berdebar-debar je. Tidor malam pon tak lena. Dapatlah anti-depressant & ubat tidor. Never in my life, have I received these meds before.
Bukan senang nak jadi superwoman ni. Superwoman pon buleh suffer nervous break down. Well, I pray that Allah continues to give me the strength, courage & patience that I need to go thru this ever challenging life.
